Below, we outline the next steps we will take to complete the process and install fiber at your home.
INSTALLATION DATE
You will receive your installation appointment via text message, within the requested time slot and on the earliest available date.
INSTALLATION
An installer will come to your home to set up your fiber service. Please make sure you have access to your building's telecommunications room on the day of installation.
LINE ACTIVATION AND SIM CARD DELIVERY
If you've signed up for fiber and mobile service, the technician will bring the SIM cards to your home free of charge on the day of installation.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BILL?
Between the 5th and 7th of each month, the amount will be charged to your bank account, and your bill will be available in the customer portal. We bill in advance, so for the first month, we will charge you proportionally for the days of the current month plus the following month.
